This role will be split into a dual role between the responsibilities of managing a team and producing revenues yourself.

As an MD your mandate will require to manage and build a team of Senior Bankers covering the UAE, grow the Net New Assets gathered by the team and ensure there is an equivalent delivery of bottom-line revenues.

Your mandate will also require you to be a producer yourself. Hence you will have strong relationships with UHNI and HNI clients in the UAE and a strong book of business. You must have covered this market for the last few years within a private banking capacity and must have a minimum AUM of over US$ 100M. You must also be able to demonstrate a business plan of NNA and revenue forecasts for the next 3 years.

Successful candidates will have held a similar position for a Leading Financial Institution in the Middle East and will speak English and Arabic fluently.
